Join the Festive Fun at the CBD Christmas Fair!

Riverside Precinct
Quay Street, Rockhampton QLD 4700

The CBD Christmas Fair and the lighting of the tree is one of Council’s favourite community events and the Riverside Precinct will come to life again in 2024.

Join us along Rockhampton's Quay Street and Riverside Precinct as we light up the festive season with market stalls, food vendors, an outdoor cinema and the traditional lighting of the Christmas Tree.

The Program Includes:

  • Free face painting
  • Free craft workshop
  • Free Santa letter writing station
  • Live music and roving entertainment
  • Outdoor cinema screening of "Elf" (PG) from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
  • Santa photos at Customs House from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
  • Lighting of the Christmas Tree at 7:45pm
